A biographical docudrama about Nazarii Yaremchuk — Ukraine's first music idol. Through personal diaries, memories of his loved ones, and exclusive archival footage, the film captures his deep love for his homeland and his unbreakable spirit. Despite Soviet censorship and ideological pressure, his voice continued to reach millions — against the backdrop of a fading empire.

"In the film, I wanted to show the story of a man whose music served others, who believed in the power of song, and who became a symbol of Ukrainian culture. His story reminds me of Forrest Gump — a person who not only witnessed but also actively took part in key events of his time, leaving his mark through his creativity", says the director Artem Hryhorian.

"Yaremchuk: Matchless World of Beauty" hit Ukrainian cinemas in August 2024 and broke the all-time box office record for documentary films in Ukraine (as of August 2025).

The documentary has been shown in select or limited screenings in various countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and Poland.

"Yaremchuk: Matchless World of Beauty" was acquired by Netflix Ukraine — the second KNIFE! Films title on the platform, following "Ukraine at the World Cup", a documentary about Ukraine's historic run at the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
